"Parliament of Purple" is an owl-themed windchime. Beaded strands of purple and clear glass hang from an antique silver vessel. Sweet purple owl beads form a parliament of owls. Five antique silver plated spoons have been flattened to give this chime its' tinkling sound. Four of the spoons are of the pattern 'Proposal'.
