Though we take all necessary precautions possible for the best product arrival, we ask you to please keep in mind that there is a small chance of breakage in transportation. We don't have shipping insurance for brakeage but we would love to hear from you with you concern to make it better for the future.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item with pictures attached, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

This will be flagged as a top priority. After reviewing your email we’ll send you instructions on how we can proceed forward. Please note items sent back to us without first requesting assistance will not be accepted.
