IndiArts is pleased to offer for all Canada and USA addresses flat rates: $18.00 for standard tracked shipping on a purchase of CAD $119 or less; we got a $8 fee ONLY FOR JEWELRY and Small items. All purchases of CAD $120 or more get FREE SHIPPING (exception for wholesale sales).
We also offer a CAD $20 flat rate for regular international shipping to selected countries.

Refund Policy
Total customer satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to our shipping address within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, gift card or full refund.
All returns must be in the same condition as when the product was purchased and must be accompanied with the original proof of purchase or printed copy of the receipt/invoice, the original tags attached, as well as the product’s original packaging.
Refunds with no available receipt will be exchanged for a gift certificate as per the last ticketed price.
Refunds are issued in the same method of payment used at the time of purchase.
Delivery costs, credit card charges, bank fees and shipping fees are non-refundable!
Exchanges are based on availability of the product. In the case that a product is no longer available, it can be exchanged at Indiarts' discretion for a similar item of the same purchase paid price.
