Our beaded jewellery is handmade by women from the Emberá indigenous community that lives in Mocoa, Colombia. Artisans use their traditional beading knowledge and great talent to needle-wove and hand-tread carefully each beaded piece.

We use a brass/stainless steel post to make our beaded earrings good quality and hypoallergenic. We co-design all our pieces with our artisans, offering exclusive pieces.

Order Processing: Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).

Total customer satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to our shipping address within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, gift card or full refund.

All returns must be in the same condition as when the product was purchased and must be accompanied with the original proof of purchase or printed copy of the receipt/invoice, the original tags attached, as well as the product’s original packaging.

Refunds with no available receipt will be exchanged for a gift certificate as per the last ticketed price.

Refunds are issued in the same method of payment used at the time of purchase.

Delivery costs, credit card charges, bank fees and shipping fees are non-refundable!

Exchanges are based on availability of the product. In the case that a product is no longer available, it can be exchanged at Indiarts' discretion for a similar item of the same purchase paid price. Exchanges for a higher value item(s) are based on the customer's' agreement to pay the price difference.
